About

This simple practice invites you to dedicate just one minute at the start of your day to connect with your breath and notice your mind. It's about gently observing where your thoughts go and then kindly returning your awareness to the present moment, fostering a calm and intentional beginning to your day.

When you wake up tomorrow, give yourself one minute before the day gets hold of you. You can start now. Notice your breathing. You don’t need to change it. Just notice the air coming in, and going out. At some point, your mind will take you somewhere else. You might think about what you need to do today. That’s okay. The moment you notice you’ve wandered is the moment you’re practising. Come back to the next breath. That’s it. One minute. Try it again tomorrow.

Would you like to think this through?

No rush. These are simply the doors from here.

Or simply stop here. That's a good ending too.
