Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of Your Life, Your Call, which is operated by YOUR LIFE, YOUR CALL LTD.
About us
Your Life, Your Call is provided by YOUR LIFE, YOUR CALL LTD, Registered in England and Wales, Company No. 17384893. You can reach us at hello@yourcall.life.
Your account
You need an account for most of the platform. Please keep your sign-in details to yourself, give us accurate information, and let us know if something looks wrong. Accounts are personal and not to be shared.
Membership and payment
Membership and coaching are described on the relevant pages before you buy. Prices are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from your settings — you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Coaching
Coaching is a supportive, forward-looking conversation. It is not therapy, medical advice, legal advice or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for professional help. If you are in crisis, please contact your doctor or emergency services.
Your content
What you write stays yours. You give us permission to store and display it so we can provide the platform to you. We will not publish anything you write without asking.
Our content
Written pieces, courses, recordings and other material on the platform belong to YOUR LIFE, YOUR CALL LTD or the people who created them. You may use them for your own personal growth, but not republish or resell them.
Using the platform well
Please treat other people with care, do not misuse the platform or try to break it, and do not upload anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that put others at risk.
Liability
We provide the platform with reasonable care and skill, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it. Otherwise, our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the platform grows; material changes will be notified to you. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
