Coaching Agreement

Coaching is a confidential, forward-looking conversation. Your coach will listen closely, ask questions and help you think clearly. They will not tell you what to do — the decisions remain yours.

Coaching is not therapy, counselling, medical, legal or financial advice. If something would be better served by another professional, your coach will say so. If you are in crisis, please contact your doctor or emergency services.

Sessions are booked through the platform and normally last the time shown when you book. Please arrive on time; sessions end as scheduled so the day stays fair for everyone.

What you share stays between you and your coach. The exceptions are narrow: where there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else, or where the law requires disclosure. Session notes and summaries are stored securely and visible only to you and your coach.

Life happens. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to move or cancel a session so the time can be offered to someone else. Sessions cancelled with less notice may count as used.

Fees, packages and credits are shown before you book and are payable in advance. Unused credits remain valid for the period stated when purchased.

Either of us may end the coaching relationship at any time, with respect and a conversation where possible. Your history and records remain available to you in your account.
