YOUR LIFE, YOUR CALL LTD (Registered in England and Wales, Company No. 17384893) is the data controller for the information described in this policy. You can contact us at hello@yourcall.life.

• Account details — your name, email address and the settings you choose.
• Things you write — journal entries, reflections, check-ins and messages you send us.
• Coaching records — session notes and summaries, where you are working with a coach.
• Usage information — which pages you visit, so we can keep improving the platform.
• Payment records — handled by our payment provider; we never see your card details.

To give you an account, to provide coaching and membership, to send you the emails you asked for, to keep the platform safe and working, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your information, and we do not use what you write to advertise to you.

Journal entries, reflections and private notes are visible only to you. Coaching notes are shared only between you and your coach. We will never make anything you write public without asking you first.

Only the services we need to run the platform — hosting, database, email delivery, payment processing and, where you choose to use them, assistive tools that help draft or summarise your own content. Each acts on our instructions and under contract.

For as long as you have an account, and afterwards only where we must for legal or accounting reasons. You can ask us to delete your account and its contents at any time.

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Email hello@yourcall.life and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
