Yes. Many schools begin with a small group — often the leadership team or a single department — before rolling out across the whole school.
How is coaching confidential?+
Individual coaching conversations are completely confidential. Schools receive anonymous engagement and utilisation insights only. No personal coaching notes, session content or individual wellbeing information is shared with school leadership.
Can we add coaching later?+
Absolutely. You can begin with the Platform Licence and introduce coaching credits at any point during your partnership.
Can staff access the platform from home?+
Yes. Every staff member receives a personal account they can use on any device, at any time — including outside term-time.
How long does implementation take?+
Most schools are fully live within two weeks of the discovery call, including onboarding materials and a launch session for staff.
Is this platform for pupils?+
Not yet. Today, Your Life, Your Call is a staff wellbeing platform for schools. Student wellbeing resources are on our roadmap and clearly marked as coming soon.
