Support the mission

Sometimes the next step in someone's life begins because another person made it possible.

Not every person who's ready for support can meet the full cost of it. Your contribution keeps a seat open for them — quietly, and with the same care and confidentiality as any other conversation.

Is this right for me?

This may be right for you if…

  • You believe coaching shouldn't only be available to those who can easily afford it.
  • You want your support to create a clear, human outcome.
  • You'd like to sponsor someone's first step.
  • You believe in the wider mission of Your Life, Your Call.

No amount is too small. What matters is that another person gets the space they need.

Why this exists

Widening access without diluting the work.

Plenty of people are ready for coaching or a quiet, considered place to think — but can't currently meet the full cost of it. Redundancy, burnout, a hard chapter, a season between things.

The aim of Help Someone Else is to widen access without changing the shape of the work. Sponsored places carry the same confidentiality, the same care, the same unhurried pace as any other session or membership.

The dignity of the person receiving the support matters as much as the generosity of the person offering it.

Ways to help

Different shapes of support. All equal.

Choose whatever fits — the shape of the contribution matters less than the outcome it makes possible.

Where the support goes

Clear, and kept simple.

Contributions are pooled into a general access fund and allocated to eligible support opportunities, including:

Pay What You Can coaching places
Held open each month for people who can't meet the standard fee — so cost isn't the reason they stay stuck.
Sponsored memberships
Full-access memberships offered to individuals in circumstances where paying isn't realistic right now.
Community events and resources
Quiet spaces, live conversations and free materials that stay open to everyone.
Trainee-coach opportunities, where appropriate
Supervised practice hours for coaches early in their journey — so the next generation of practitioners can grow well.

Your Life, Your Call is not a registered charity, so contributions are not tax-deductible. They're a direct sponsorship of another person's access.

The human impact

Who your support could be for.

A few of the kinds of lives your contribution can quietly stand behind.

Someone facing redundancy

A coaching conversation at a moment when clarity matters more than a CV rewrite.

A teacher carrying too much

A quiet place to think, before overwhelm becomes the reason they leave the profession.

A young adult finding their footing

A structured place to reflect and grow — the kind of support most of us wished we'd had at their age.

Someone beginning again

After loss, separation or a hard chapter — a steadier way forward, with someone honestly on their side.

How it works

A quiet, transparent process.

  1. 1

Choose how you'd like to help

A single session, a package, a membership, a one-off contribution, or monthly support.

  2. 2

Make a one-off or recurring contribution

A calm, secure checkout. You choose the amount and cadence that suits you.

  3. 3

    Funds go where they're needed

Contributions are allocated to eligible Pay What You Can places, sponsored memberships and community work.

  4. 4

    Occasional impact updates

Where appropriate — and always without identifying anyone — you'll hear how support has landed.

Safeguards and dignity

The person you help matters more than the gesture.

Recipients are never publicly identified

Not by name, not by story, not without their explicit and freely given consent.

Support is allocated fairly

A simple, humane process — not first-come, first-served, and not based on who tells the loudest story.

Sponsored coaching stays confidential

The same confidentiality applies to sponsored sessions as to any other. Nothing is recorded. Nothing is repeated.

Contributors don't direct the coaching

You make support possible. What happens inside the room remains between the coach and the person receiving it.

No pressure

You don't have to decide today.

Personal generosity isn't a race either. If helping someone else feels right, we'll be here. If you'd rather continue exploring for now, that's perfectly okay too.

You may never know the full story of the person you help.

But your support could be the reason they took the next step.
