About
Dr. Hanan El Basha shares a pivotal moment where she felt utterly depleted by her responsibilities, leading her to seek positive motivation. She emphasizes that while we can relate to others' struggles, our healing journey must be uniquely tailored, a 'recipe' we create ourselves through exploration and personalized practices, rather than adopting someone else's solution whole cloth.

So I was kind of mechanical and robotic in my responsibilities until one day I remember dropping my son off at school and coming back, you know, ready to go and work on my doctoral study and do everything else I need to do. And I just had this feeling of I'm done. I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired of everything. And I remember opening up my mobile, going to YouTube and looking for
positive motivation speech. It's just as simple as that. And that for me was the turning point. Where I started, it's, you when you listen to these things, excuse me, again, everyone has their own story. You can't take it and say, I need to apply everything. This is, yes, you can have similarities in the stories and the hardships and some of the traumas even, but you cannot take that solution of
how they came out at the other end and say, that's what I'm gonna do, that's my only path. And I realized that I started kind of weaving my own recipe for a healing journey. And I went through a lot of healing modalities, therapy, pranic healing, know, everything that's under the roof of what healing should entail, I did that.
I did the meditation, the affirmations, whatever it is. And I started creating my own kind of canvas of what works for me.
