Stefan Lindberg-Jones
Life Coach & Thinking Partner
Space to think — with someone who's on your side.
I work with people who have reached a point where something needs attention — work, direction, confidence, relationships, purpose, change, or simply the feeling that life isn't quite where they want it to be.
You don't need to arrive knowing exactly what the problem is. Sometimes the conversation is where we discover it.

You don't need to know what you need yet.
People come to coaching for all sorts of reasons.
Sometimes they're facing a decision or a transition. Sometimes work has become overwhelming. Sometimes they've achieved a great deal but aren't sure what comes next.
And sometimes nothing is obviously wrong — they simply want somewhere to think properly.
You don't need to package your life into a coaching problem before we speak. We can start with where you are.
How I coach
A conversation, not a programme.
Mostly I listen. Then I ask the question underneath the one you arrived with, and we sit with it long enough for something honest to surface.
There's no framework you have to fit into, no worksheet, no ten-step method. What we do is closer to thinking out loud in good company — you say the thing you've been circling, I stay curious, and slowly it becomes clearer what you actually want.
I won't pretend to know your life better than you do. You already carry most of the answer; it's usually just buried under noise, obligation and other people's opinions.
My job isn't to tell you what your life should look like. It's to help you hear yourself clearly enough to decide.
I'm an ICF-accredited coach with more than 300 hours of coaching behind me — useful groundwork, but it's the conversation itself that does the work.
A moment to pause
What would you say, if you had the time to say it properly?
Between conversations
The conversation doesn't disappear when the call ends.
Coaching with me is supported by Your Life, Your Call — a quiet, private place that holds the thread between our conversations, so each one isn't an isolated hour you have to reconstruct from memory.
- A private record of your coaching journey, in one place
- Summaries and reflections from our conversations
- Anything you decided to do — or decided to think about
- Somewhere to capture thoughts between conversations
- Reading, listening and reflections chosen for where you are
- Continuity, so we pick up where we left off
Your Life, Your Call was built around the coaching relationship — not the other way around. Technology quietly supports the conversation so we can concentrate on the human part.
About Stefan
I came to coaching after two decades of building things — a media business, teams, a life abroad. I know what it's like to be busy, capable and quietly unsure whether any of it is heading where you meant it to.
I've lived and worked internationally for more than twenty years, most of that in Qatar. I work with professionals, leaders, entrepreneurs and people navigating change in both their work and their private lives.
- In brief
- ICF ACC accredited coach
- 300+ coaching hours
- Coaching since 2021
- Former media entrepreneur and business owner
- 20+ years living and working internationally, based in Qatar
Perhaps we should talk.
You don't need to decide whether you want coaching before we speak.
We can have a short conversation about what's going on, what you're looking for and whether working together feels useful.
If I'm not the right person, that's useful to know too.
