Episode three dawn of peace, finding solitude in the early hours. Good morning, beautiful people. It's me, your host back again on pioneering spirit. Stephen's guide through life's adventures, where we explore the little adjustments that make a big difference in our lives. Today. I've got a somewhat peculiar yet enlightening topic to discuss. It's about why I wake up at the ungodly hour of 4 a m. You might think it's for productivity, mindfulness, or even insanity, but no, it's simpler, and a bit buzier than that. It's to avoid flies. Yes, you heard that right. But as odd as it sounds, this quirky habit led me to some deep reflection on peace. Anyance, and our choices. So let's dive into the quiet of early dawn together. Imagine this, the world is silent. The day is yet to break. And I am enjoying the tranquillity of early morning. Why such an early rise, you ask, flies, these tiny creatures become quite a nuisance after 5 a m, as the sun rises, but in those early hours, they're nowhere to be seen. It's peaceful, calm, and fly free, choosing when to wake up has become my secret to starting the day in peace, away from the buzz, not just the flies, but of the world. This peculiar morning routine got me thinking about the flies in our lives, not the insects, but the annoyances, the niggles, the people or situations that buzz around us, demanding attention and disturbing our peace, just like the actual flies. These metaphorical ones have the moments of activity, their times when they seem to swarm around us. But here's the kicker, just as I choose to wake up at that time that suits me best, we have the choice to manage or even avoid these annoyances in our lives. So how do we do it? How do we find our peace among the buzz? Well, beautiful people. It starts with recognising that we have a choice. We can choose to engage or not, to stay or to move, to react or to observe. Whether it's setting boundaries, changing our environment, or even changing our routines, like waking up at the time when the world and its flies is still asleep, there are ways to carve out our own spaces of peace and tranquillity. Today's episode might have started with something as mundane as avoiding flies at dawn, but it's led us to a powerful realisation. Peace is a choice, and often it's in our control to find it. It's about making intentional decisions that align with our need for tranquillity and well being. Thank you for joining me on this early morning journey, exploring the quiet spaces and the choices that lead us there. I hope this episode inspires you to find your own moments of peace in whatever form they may take. Remember, beautiful people. It's the small adjustments that can make the biggest difference. Have a great day, free of flies, and full of peace, until next time. Keep choosing tranquillity in your life. Bye.
